Great Tip! I do this at least once a month for 20 minutes myself! I use a free email address that I have had for 10 years and it doesn’t get out of hand.

I also set up individual folders that I use for my “Approved” subscriptions etc. Anything that is in the “Inbox” is still subject to approval.
For my action items…I have folders with my level of priority using symbols and numbers.

For spam that comes in without an unsubscribe option, I either block it or set it to automatically delete!
