Very well researched. I started using my own bottled water, cut out my trips to expensive coffee stores for lattes by drinking my own coffee, and developed my own workout plan. I calculated recently that even if you only drink 1 bottled water a day, if you cut that out of your life you'll save about $45 a month! A few other things I can think of off the top of my head to save money…

Buy generic brand food, beauty products and paper products.

Save energy and therefore money by turning off lights as soon as you leave the room and un-pluging appliances when not in use.
