One of the most exciting elements of running a business efficiently, in my opinion is leveraging other people’s work and talents to get goals accomplished. I often will purchase someone’s expertise, whether it be a piece of software that automates a process for me, an ebook which shortens the learning curve on a subject or purchasing someone’s expertise by having them do something for me that I would rather not do myself.
While I have to admit that I need to “outsource” more, it’s been a goal of mine to build a team of people I can rely on anytime for any project I’m working on.
