		<description>I love these breakdowns and totally agree. My mind is stuck in perpetual paralysis mode if I think of doing anything large. Sometimes it&#039;s making a big amount, sometimes it&#039;s tackling a big project with many moving parts. But once you listed out the smaller steps they don&#039;t seem to overwhelming /scary anymore.</description>
