Every once in awhile, a business owner needs a butt-kickin’…..I got mine this morning.

It was part of a five-day series at Mom Masterminds designed to break through issues holding we business owners back. Every morning at 9:30 am EST we gathered in an online chat room/webinar room and asked to have our butt’s kicked. And boy, did Kelly McCausey and Aurelia Williams deliver!

The event was called, “Breakthrough Week“….here were the topics:

Day One: Breaking Through the Blues

Day Two: Overcoming a Fear of Failure

Day Three: Overcoming a Fear of Success

Day Four: Developing a Decision Habit

Day Five: Stretching Your Expectations

Each day, we examined an issue as it pertains to how these things hold us back from success. I’ll admit that when I started attending the sessions, I felt that there might be parts that didn’t apply to me. I mean, I have a pretty clear vision of what I want.

Problem was, I wasn’t achieving that vision….

So Day Five rolled around and I thought I had heard all I needed to hear about Breakthrough Week to make some positive changes. I had downloaded the recordings of all of the sessions, including the ones I had personally attended, and decided I would load them up on my Ipod and give them a regular listen until the message really sunk in. I even considered not going to the fifth session because I figured I’d heard all I needed to.

Let’s just say that Day Five is when the breakthrough happened…I got a very public butt-kickin’ and loved every second of it!
